A specific Custom Branded Search Toolbar was developed for DeAnza College to allow users to search their website with the Google Mini, the web with Google or Yahoo, local search with Google local or Yahoo local, and access email accounts with Microsoft Hotmail, AOL Mail, Yahoo Mail, or Gmail.

The Custom Branded Search Toolbar (CSTB) offers one search box to search multiple content sources including the web, an organizations intranet, and a personÂs desktop. Other features can include one click email access, RRS Reader, News Ticker, and security features like One Click Logoff.
Built-in contextual search allows the user to highlight a term and right click to search from multiple content sources both internal and external to the organization.
